Chattanooga meeting information
Chattanooga area members meet informally for lunch on the second Friday of each month (11:30) at various locations throughout Chattanooga. The meeting location rotates and is voted on by attendees. There are no meeting fees, only the cost of the meal. PDH’s are offered to attendees at meetings with speakers. Other lunch meetings are less formal but typically include discussions of local projects or current transportation related topics.

Memphis meeting information
Members from the Memphis and the Mid-South areas meet quarterly for lunch around the MPO’s Engineering & Technical Committee meetings. Check their event calendar here for the latest schedule. Please contact Peter Kauffmann for additional details or questions.

Nashville area members rotate between meeting informally for breakfast, Happy Hour and for lunch with a planned speaker, PDHs are provided. The 2023 meeting schedule can be found below. Any interested persons are welcome

2025 Tennessee Section ITE Virtual Spring Meeting

Please join us for the 2025 TSITE Summer Meeting from July 30th to August 1st at the Park Vista Hotel in Gatlinburg, TN.
Some of the highlights of the summer meeting include a welcome reception on Wednesday evening, technical sessions, and the awards banquet and scholarship auction on Thursday evening.

For the second year in a row, Jason Carder is organizing a sporting clays event on Wednesday morning before the meeting. He's working with Iron Mountain Sporting Clays to get everything set for our group. Exact details are still being worked out, but expect to begin the day at 8:45 AM. Tickets will be available as an add-on to your registration. If you are interested in attending or if you have any questions about this event, please reach out to Jason at jacarder@matternandcraig.com.
Once again, the Annual Putt-Putt Tournament will take place on Thursday afternoon. The winner gets the trophy and bragging rights for the year.
Don't forget about the Student Scholarship Auction! Be prepared to bring some great items and take even better ones home with you!
